What is your session pricing?

We offer initial consults – 30 minutes at $100
Follow-up visits $185

What can I expect in the first session?

Your first session is all about getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you or your child in, what you’re hoping for, and what therapy might look like moving forward. It’s a chance to ask questions, share what feels comfortable, and begin building trust—no pressure, no rush.

How does play therapy work?

Play therapy allows children to express themselves in the language they know best: play. Using toys, art, storytelling, and sand tray, we help kids work through emotions and experiences in a way that feels natural and safe. It’s not just “play”—it’s deeply therapeutic and developmentally appropriate.

Will I be involved in my child’s therapy?

Yes. We believe in collaborative care. While sessions are often just with your child, we’ll regularly check in with you as the parent or caregiver to share insights, suggest tools for home, and support the entire family system. Your perspective and presence are valued.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes, we offer virtual sessions for teens, adults, and some parent consultations. We’ve found that many clients feel comfortable and connected in this format. For younger children and play therapy, we typically recommend in-person sessions to get the most from the experience.

Do you accept insurance?

We are private pay only and do not bill insurance directly. However, we’re happy to provide a superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Many clients with out-of-network benefits receive partial reimbursement this way.
